Hello,
I'm new but I've recently got HLSS to work, it's a great program/hack...
I've managed to find a way to get your music (or other) to sound pretty damn good...
I know some of you may know this method, but for those who don't...

Caesar, this partially uses his method (only some of it).
First:
You need dBpowerAMP Music Convertor, which you can get by following the official guide.
You will also need GoldWave, get it Here
Best Conversion: 1. Open 'dBpowerAMP Music Converter'...
2. Select the .mp3 file you want to convert to wave.
3. Click the circle 'compressed' and click 'change format'...
4. Name: (Whatever) | Format: PCM | Attributes: 11.025kHz, 16bit, Mono, 21KB/ps.
5. DO NOT Normalize the volume.
6. Convert!
We're not done yet...
7. Open 'GoldWave'...
8. Open your newly converted wave sound by clicking 'open' and locating it.
9. Once it has opened, click the 'equiliser' button.
10. Set 60Hz to -15, Set 150Hz to -15, Set 400Hz to -5.
11. Hit OK, wait for it to convert the sound...
12. Click the 'Change volume' button...
13. Click the 'Presets' drop down and select 75%.
14. Hit OK and Save! DONE! Now import the new wave file* to HLSS and use that!
* = The new wave file will be the same one as when you converted, GoldWave overwrites it...
NOTE: The servers have an effect on this, if the server isn't set for high quality voice, your music wont sound good...
NOTE: Pictures coming soon...
NOTE: If Admins/Mods allow me, I can post a working ID and Serial number for GoldWave.
I hope this improves your quality, it certainly did to mine!
