At any point I'm inside of a STEAM window on my windows 2000 pro box, I cannot scroll at all. I'm stuck in the upper left hand corner of any scrolling menu.
I'm not even really sure where to start at this point, I've tried searching to see if someone else has had a similar problem and had no luck at all.
