Your PC just hung up, it cant work fast enough to show the background image which makes that weird dizzy thing. Just wait...

I had that happen once but my computer was being harrassed by a bunch of spyware/adware/dial-ups/ect...
Ended up having to wipe everything clean, including uninstalling Windows XP, and reinstalling everything but with a little more caution. Wasn't very fun. |
