everytime i get into a server a fucking IE popup pops up and sometimes causes a crash. any way to stop em? |

yer i still got this friggin problem. i dont use IE as my browser but thats what CS uses for the popups. I need a free one...  |

I use Mozilla Firefox, ive had it long time now cuz explorer is messed up with virus. But firefox works great and its free.  |

its nothing to do with that. i use FF too, of course, but CS opens up my IE... how can i stop that?
can i just uninstall IE? |

dunno how u uinstall explorer, but u can delete it manually...woudnt be such a hard problem. |

get McAfee i can send the whole thing to you, don't need subscriptions or anything, or just CTRL+ALT+DEL and go to proccesses and remove everything but explorer.exe under your username |

You got Ad-aware? Sounds like you've got some sexeh adware stuff to me, so stop using. IE is a cow to uninstall, anyway, not all web pages work with firefox and opera so I suggest you don't get rid of it

^^ Yup, lol don't get them anymore, I sorted it out using a thing called 'Hijack This' which analyses all the running processes on your computer. I recently had something like mssearchnet.exe and nvctrl.exe which are bastards. |
