Hello... when i start counter-strike the sound is BAD quality in the menu and in game, and the sound comes 2 times... maybe gunshot and then 1 sec later it comes again... and alot noice in it! Can anyone help me please!!! what the heck is this? the game or my soundcard? I'm in a laptop with Soundmax... Please help!

have u tried playing around with your sound settings? you playing source or 1.6?
